All classes can be adapted for different abilities, alternatives are always offered, so simply stick to what is within your capabilities, taking the opportunity to challenge yourself and improve class by class. 

The whole experience of group exercise from the music to the happy endorphins will leave you wanting more – it feels great!

Pilates is great for developing core strength whilst also improving posture, mobility, balance and mindfulness. It can help prevent or relieve the muscle tension that builds up in our day-to-day routines and it is suitable for all abilities.

WALKFIT

A low impact fun workout that combines simple walking patterns to boost your daily step count. Walkfit is suitable for absolutely everyone, but especially for people who are struggling to get active or those with bad joints.
