Classes are quick (15/30 mins) yet have the power to transform one’s total fitness. Unlike repetitive workout routines that overemphasize one aspect of fitness, our programme varies week by week in order to develop all elements of a healthy shapely body and a motivated mindset. 

Strengthen muscles, tone up your arms/legs and core, improve cardiovascular fitness and your daily step count. Help manage weight, improve balance, flexibility and boost overall energy levels. 

All classes offer adaptations/alternatives and are also available on catch up.
